Well she knows what a car sounds like as you'll hear in this clip. When I showed it to Daddy he wanted to know if she'd had some spoiled milk 'cause she looks a bit tipsy when she steps out of the car. At the end of the clip she's wanting to see the baby on Mommy's camera ~ at least I think that's what she was telling me! :)

Katie has the camera bag and her Daddy says she's just like her Mommy in that she wants it, but doesn't know where. And it's funny when she stands up and groans as she sits in her seat 'cause I stand up on the running boards to get in the Tahoe and sometimes groan as I sit. She is very watchful of us and mimicks us often.

I have no clue what she is talking about, but that is often the case. She recently learned how to move herself around in the pool by kicking her feet as you'll see in the clip.

Kaylee was such a big helper with Katie when I babysat. Here she's pushing Katie in the car ~ at least until they ran into something and I had to point them in a new direction.

Katie tells me bye bye and waves, says good nite, and puckers up for a kiss in this clip. She is always an entertainer!!! :)

Katie has become very attached to Quack Quack over the past week or so. She found the duck in one of her baskets and has been in love with it ever since. She hollers for Quack Quack and gets very excited when she is found. Sometimes she'll even say 'where's Quack Quack?'. Every night when you ask Katie if she is ready to go night night she says 'Quack Quack' like she's ready for bed if Quack Quack goes with her.

I found this car on craigslist and Katie loves it. This was her very first time getting in it. She enjoys being able to climb in and out and open and shut the door. Notice how she puts her foot up on the car towards the end of the video ~ it's too cute!!

Reese is laughing first then Katie laughs at her and then Kaylee laughs at both of them. And yes, I think Katie told Reese 'stop' towards then end of the clip.

I babysat the twins the other day and Katie LOVED their car! She loved to sit in in whether someone was pushing her or not. Both girls were good helpers and you'll see Reese offer Katie her sippy cup. After Katie doesn't take hers Reese gets her own, but offers Katie hers again. :)

Kaite is showing off for the camera in this one. She checks often to make sure I'm still taping. :) She even gets a little wiggle in from time to time.

Katie shows several of her talents in this clip ~ she takes a few steps {with a little help from the chair of course!}, 'sings' along with her piano, shows off her muscles by picking up and moving her piano, and she shows how much she loves the camera.

Katie was groovin' to Sweet Home Alabama {just for you Pops!!!} and of course when I got the camera ready she was more interested in coming to see herself on the camera. She does show her talent of quickly gettin up on things in this little clip.

Katie loves to ride on the tractors with her Papaw. Here she is helping Papaw bring sweet corn up from the garden.

The past Sunday we went to a park in Columbus that had a topiary garden in the center of it. After having sat in the car for the drive and then in the stroller for a walk around the park we got Katie out to stretch her legs before the ride home. She does pretty good as long as she has someone or something to hold onto, but I'm sure she'll be walking on her own very soon.
